This project gallery features various residential buildings in the Plovdiv region. The projects are from the times of the first construction boom that occurred in the early nineties of the XX century. These are mostly commercial developments, done with the objective of maximizing the allowable zoning area and visually exploiting the setback rules and regulations to the point of converting them into a form-making tool.

Featured on this page is a project for a hotel & restaurant complex in the outskirts of the village of Belastitza, some 15 miles from Plovdiv close to the Rhodopa mountains. The project is from 1992.
